Cameron trained in Drama at the University of Sussex before gaining experience at leading London talent agencies. He founded Cameron Culver Casting in 2018, developing a casting approach focused on instinct, originality and emerging talent.

Cameron works with a small, established casting team across projects, supporting research, outreach and delivery.

Long-standing collaborator Erin Major has played a central role in the development of the company’s work over several years, with a strong instinct for performance and character.

Izzy Silverman supports across casting and development, bringing a considered, story-led approach.
