CAMERON CULVER

Cameron’s love for the arts sparked early - thanks to his grandmother, he grew up surrounded by creativity and the wonderfully strange world of performance. After studying Drama at the University of Sussex, he cut his teeth at some of London’s top talent agencies, all while casting music videos and short films on the side. His freelance work took off so quickly that, by 2018, he launched his own casting company and never looked back.

A proud descendant of a long line of actors, Cameron has a sharp eye for emerging talent and a genuine passion for championing new voices. When he’s not in a casting room, you’ll find him boxing, experimenting in the kitchen, or exploring the world on long walks with his staffy, Monty 🐾

ERIN MAJOR

Erin discovered her passion for casting in France, where she was directing plays for young people and quickly realized that with enough enthusiasm (and a hint of mischief), the unexpected can be downright dazzling. Thanks to her writing background, she has a sixth sense for spotting brilliant characters and delightfully offbeat talent - especially among neurodiverse performers, as she has ADHD and considers it her personal superpower.

She’s been teaming up with Cameron for three years now, and honestly? They’re just getting started.

When she’s not casting, Erin is usually writing scripts, plotting new ideas, or working on her next short film - she recently directed her very first one and is already itching to make another.

IZZY SILVERMAN

Izzy loves to wear many hats! With a degree in English Literature & Art History, she has always had a love of storytelling and the arts. She started in the film industry as a script reader, and loved to imagine how things would transform from the page to to the screen. Casting was therefore a natural next step. She is also a performer herself, giving her a deep appreciation for the creative process.

When she’s not at the casting desk, you may find her developing a new burlesque act, hanging upside down in an aerial studio, or enjoying a Margarita 🍸
